Welcome

Crimson Hollow is a beautiful subdivision located in Monclova and Waterville Township, Ohio near the Maumee River and south of Toledo, Ohio.  Monclova and Waterville are unincorporated townships that have excellent schools and are a growing area for new restaurants and shopping.


Crimson Hollow is currently expanding. Crimson Hollow consists of 220+ homes. Plat 9 & 10 are currently being developed. Future development plans call for continued growth.

Due to very limited interest over the last few years, we no longer sponsor an annual block event.

We no longer sponsor an singular garage sale event. 


However, throughout the year many homes in Crimson Hollow hold Garage Sales.  Watch the Crimson Hollow Homeowners Facebook page for announcements.


The HOA does have signs that can be borrowed to place at Stitt Rd as well as in the neighborhood.

2026 will be held in February of 2027 and will be announced on your 2027 annual maintenance fee invoice mailed in late December 2026.

The Homeowners' Association has an Anuual Maintenance fee of $175.00 that is billed January 1st and due by January 31(to avoid late fees). The fee covers our costs related to the maintenance, landscaping, utilities, insurance, office expenses and building a reserve - pond maintenance, signage, electricity, irrigation, etc.

We continue to work with our pond manager, Aqua Doc, for the treatment of our two wet ponds. 

Lucas county recently updated/repaired the two dry ponds on Queensridge and Sweetgum.
